Creating a Positive Aura around you – Surround with positive people

Many amongst us have come across incidences in life when we suddenly get a feeling of tiredness, depression, fatigue, even when a minute ago we would have been happy and raring to go.  Have you ever noticed that in a crowd we talk to a certain group of people and we are drained suddenly?  What is it that is actually happening?  This is because that person has managed to drain your energy, thanks to their set of auras.
Another thing that I have observed is that we tend to feel happy with a certain group of people because they also share the same auras and positive feelings.  This is the reason why we find it easier to connect to a certain group of people. Firstly, we need to understand that aura is nothing but an energy field.  I have just started reading and researching about auras and intend to learn it.  This is just a beginning.  Most of us are able to feel the energy, but how many of us are actually able to see it.  People with a little bit of intuition will also be able to diagnose auras.  Being with a certain set of people changes your feelings and emotions.  I am not saying that these are bad people but just that they have a certain set of auras which needs to be cleaned.  I do not wish to judge anyone here, just like there are positive and negatives, there are strong auras as well as weak auras.
What I have come to deduce is that people who reflect weaker auras will have to work on their diet and food.  Take some time off and try and get rid of your tiredness. Open your windows and doors for atleast 15 mints in the morning as well as the evening to allow the bad vibes and energy go out. If you love fragrances, light up incense sticks as it helps get rid of negative vibes.  I personally do it and I find great relief when I do it. Anxiety and stress are yet other factors that make our aura weak.
Let me give you some basic tips on how you could protect your aura and create the hallo light (or kavach in hindi) mentally around you.  An imbalance in the physical body will result in physical ailments and an imbalance in your auras or chakras will lead to depression and mental fatigue.
Our tradition and culture has given a lot of importance to salt.  Yes sea salt is an excellent chakra cleanser.  You may use salt for bathing once in a while if you feel that there is something amiss about the way you feel or act.  It simply means that you have managed to attract negative energy.  Get rid of it with the humble salt.  It is possible to bring about healing in our life with a little focus and attention.
Wearing your favorite colour will also pep up your feelings and emotions. Similarly,  try standing in the sunlight for few minutes (don’t think that you are going to get tanned), that should be least of you worries.  Breathing consciously and making it a dedicated activity throughout the day helps considerably. With more than 70% of our body made up of water, when there is a water depletion, it shows immediately on our physical as well as mental make up.  So drink water and flush out the toxins that are creating the weak aura.
Once I understand more about psychic auras, will pen it down.
Till then, love and blessings always

Please understand that our aura is like our BFF (Best friend forever) . It can surely help us and provide us the much needed positivity to enhance and improve on our life.
