Happinezz Unlimited - Different meanings for Different people Happiness is different for different people. For me, it is coming back home and sitting at my favorite spot facing the Nehru garden that is now lush with greenery, thanks to the continued rainfall that we have received this season, with a mug of piping coffee or tea ( I love tea in the evenings) and chatting with my husband about the day's happenings - this includes even the minutest of details. I guess when most of us touch 40, our spouse becomes more like our friend (and considering I don't have too many friends), I spell out things which may sound truly kiddish, but he truly is all ears for me. Coming to happiness - actually, it is not all that tough. In fact, it is very simple and I also read somewhere and also truly believe that as long as you have food to eat, a roof over your head and basic requirements met (here I imply the basic requirements) and nothing lavish, you are truly happy. As the proverb goes "Happiness is truly a state of mind" -Here comes the mind, it is actually like a kid, though people may say that it is like a monkey. It is very easy to make a kid smile and there it is your mind, even the simplest of happy thoughts can bring a smile to your face. Try it,just close your eyes and think of something that made you happy as a kid! It has worked for me,so obviously, it is going to work for you as well. Believe me, you are going to love doing it. Truly, happiness is unlimited and you have the POWER. So folks, hope you have liked this first post, there is more to come. Thanks for the wonderful support once again. Remain blessed !!!! With Luv Rekha
